Editor's Review

Nestled in the heart of Val Thorens, Cocoon 10 is a superbly positioned ski‑in/ski‑out alpine residence that embodies relaxed luxury with practical family appeal. The collection of four‑bedroom apartments, each sleeping up to 10 guests, marries traditional mountain timber with contemporary alpine interiors, creating bright open‑plan living spaces and breezy outdoor terraces overlooking the Trois Vallées.

Après‑ski recovery is effortless here: sink into your own private Jacuzzi and sauna after a day on the slopes, then enjoy access to the residence’s generous 15m swimming pool and rejuvenating treatment room.

With every bedroom en‑suite and balcony or terrace access, a ski room with boot warmers, and Val Thorens’ vibrant centre just moments away, Cocoon 10 strikes the perfect balance between self‑catered independence and indulgent holiday comfort.

Overview

Cocoon 10 sits at the very heart of Val Thorens’ Plein Sud sector, perfectly poised for effortless access to Les Trois Vallées’ expansive piste network. As one of a select collection of self‑catered apartments in the exclusive Chalets Cocoon residence, this four‑bedroom, 107–134sqm home offers superb living for up to 10 guests across cleverly configured suites, each with en‑suite facilities and private terrace or balcony views over the snowy peaks.

Interior spaces are beautifully balanced between contemporary alpine chic and classic mountain warmth, with open‑plan living and dining areas that encourage relaxed après‑ski gatherings around a well‑appointed kitchen. Outside, your own terrace provides direct views of the slopes, while the private outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna invite indulgent downtime after a big day on the snow.

Beyond the apartment’s considerable comforts, guests benefit from shared resident facilities, including a 15 m swimming pool with treatment room for onsite massages, a social lounge, and ski room with boot/glove warmers and direct slope access. With the vibrant centre of Val Thorens and its bars, restaurants and boutiques just a short stroll away, Cocoon 10 combines quiet alpine retreat with lively resort convenience, a self‑catered base that feels every bit as elevated as its mountain setting.
