Chalet 46 in the exclusive resort of Morzine, France is an unbeatably sleek modern conversion from a traditional French Alpine Farmhouse, exuding charm and character, with original features peppered throughout the spacious three floors and excellent facilities for first-class pampering.

Every inch of this luxury chalet has been meticulously considered to offer guests unparalleled ski holiday experiences from the outdoor sunken fire pit with wood fire pizza oven and BBQ for alfresco dining, outdoor hot tub, cinema room, sauna, and treatment room – everything at Chalet 46 is geared for luxurious relaxation. 

The luxury family-friendly ski chalet sleeps 10-14 across five spacious en-suite bedrooms on the middle floor, each beautifully designed with the highest level of comfort from superior mattresses and fine linens, soft bathrobes and slippers, fluffy towels and wonderful The White Company toiletries for some serious pampering. For larger groups, Apartment 6, which is below the chalet, can be rented as well to accommodate groups of up to 19-20. 

A further comfy lounging area with direct access to the south-facing garden and large outdoor deck awaits – imagine sun loungers, a hammock, outdoor sofas to loll around in while you stargaze. The large outdoor dining table is simply perfect for al fresco dining served by your personal chef as you feast your eyes on the spectacular landscape.

At Chalet 46, there’s so much space to spread out over the three levels, with the top floor opening up to a vast open-plan super stylish lounge, beautifully designed dining area and ultra-sleek modern kitchen. Big original exposed wooden beams combined, wood-burning stove, numerous large expanses of windows and light-filled space creates a really impressive atmosphere. You can even pour yourself a beer from the integrated beer tap in the bar area – and the elevated position from both living room and balcony means you simply soak up the uninterrupted views of the breathtaking Pointe de Nyon and the Pleney slopes. 

For deeper levels of relaxation, the spa treatment room and sauna on the ground floor is a joy after a hard day skiing and the perfect antidote to aching limbs, rounded off with your favourite movie in the private cinema room. Entertainment technology is king at Chalet 46, with sky TV, DVDs galore, games, consoles and board games at the ready. With high-speed WiFi throughout, and an office area (to keep you connected in the outside world) with MacBook, printer, IPad and Sonos surround sound.

At the entrance level, your ski and snowboard equipment is safely stored in the boot room, so kept warm and dry by the heated boot and glove racks, ready for the next day. In good conditions, keen Skiers can choose to put their skis on a mere 25 metres from the chalet and ski to the main Pleney gondola.

Bedroom 3.  1 x King/Twin with freestanding bath, walk-in shower and double basins. 2 x cabin beds for children.

All bedrooms have TV/DVD player in each room.  The bunks are built in adult-sized bunk beds.

Chalet 46 can be rented along with Apartment 6, which is below the chalet, to accommodate groups of up to 19-20. 

KIDS

Morzine in the Portes du Soleil, is a fantastic resort for families, with fabulous nursery slopes and ski schools. Chalet 46 offers many types of entertainment for all aged children from the cinema/TV room, games, consoles, DVDs to outdoor fun splashing about in the outdoor Jacuzzi, or frolicking about in the snow just outside. Two bedrooms in the luxury chalet can be used as family rooms, ideal for younger families.

Nannies, babysitters and children’s ski tutors to cots and highchairs can all be easily arranged to make your luxury ski holiday as hassle-free as it gets.

A professional chauffeur team with luxury 4x4 mini buses offers 24-hour on-call service, ensuring safe and efficient transportation. They provide door-to-door drop-offs at lift stations, late-night pickups after après-ski, and daytime shuttles for non-skiers to enjoy the town or meet skiers for lunch.

Exquisite food and wine are central to their service. Chefs, passionate about their craft, prepare meals using fresh, local ingredients. Guests enjoy delicious breakfasts, afternoon teas, pre-dinner canapés, and four-course dinners five nights a week. Specific dietary needs and requests are discussed prior to arrival. Within a 10-minute walk to the centre of Morzine and nestled below the slopes of Pleney, Chalet 46˚ is perfect for both skiers and non-skiers. Enthusiastic skiers can don their skis a mere 25m from the chalet and ski to the main Pleney gondola just 200m away or simply be driven by your in-resort chauffeur to a ski lift or eatery of your choice within the resort.Geneva airport is around 1hr by car.
