The top floor is dedicated to a bright south-facing open-plan living area, where vaulted wooden ceilings and natural finishes are paired with bold, contemporary furnishings. A central fireplace anchors the space, with a generous lounge on one side and a sleek modern kitchen on the other, alongside a dining area for up to 10 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a balcony, framing sweeping views over Val Thorens and the surrounding peaks.
