The spectacular cathedral-style living room is the heart of the apartment, with a roaring fireplace, soaring timber ceiling and panoramic mountain views creating a beautiful setting for long lunches and relaxed evenings. Le Joseph is a beautifully designed 175m² duplex that captures the atmosphere of a traditional private chalet, with a strong emphasis on natural materials, exposed timber and warm Alpine detailing. The upper floor is dedicated to the impressive 67m² living space, where the vaulted ceiling and exposed wooden structure give the room a wonderful sense of scale, while large windows frame panoramic views towards the surrounding peaks. A fireplace creates a natural focal point for evenings in, with plenty of comfortable space for the whole group to gather after a day on the mountain. 

The sleeping accommodation is arranged across the lower level, with five en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests. There is a generous master suite, three comfortable double bedrooms and, particularly usefully for families, a dedicated children's bunk room. This separation between the living and sleeping areas works beautifully for groups, allowing children to retreat to their own space while adults enjoy the main living area upstairs. Guests also benefit from access to a 12-metre heated indoor pool, Finnish sauna, hammam, Technogym fitness room and private cinema within the residence.
