Le Sir is an exceptional 222m² penthouse sitting at the top of the residence, bringing together contemporary Alpine design, soaring ceilings and far-reaching views across Val d’Isère towards Face de Bellevarde. The heart of the property is its spectacular 90m² living space, where warm timber beams, rich leather detailing and refined contemporary finishes create a wonderfully atmospheric setting. A grand fireplace, elegant library and integrated wine cellar make the living area particularly inviting after a day on the mountain, while floor-to-ceiling openings lead out onto expansive terraces with an impressive 180° panorama.

The accommodation is arranged across four independent bedroom suites, sleeping up to eight guests, with each bedroom benefiting from its own private balcony. This layout works particularly well for groups travelling together who value privacy, with each suite offering its own sense of retreat rather than feeling like a traditional shared chalet bedroom arrangement. The standout is the 54m² master suite, which has its own generous dressing room and private sauna, creating a serene space to unwind away from the main living areas. The remaining three suites are equally well positioned for a comfortable group stay, with four bathrooms in total. Outside the apartment itself, guests have access to the residence’s indoor pool, hammam and fitness room.
