Ideal for small groups, Brunnenhof 3 is a fantastic three-bedroom apartment, close to the centre of Lech. Convenience and luxury combine effortlessly to make this apartment the ideal base for a small family or group of friends. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.

Overview

The Brunnenhof residence in Lech is made up of 14 quality apartments, brand new for 2019/20. The building has undergone a complete renovation and all aspects have been refurbished paying exquisite attention to detail.

The spacious living spaces are ideal for gathering together after a day on the slopes. Everything has been stylishly designed with modern furnishings with traditional wooden floors and panelled walls. The style is contemporary with sleek and sophisticated furnishings however the décor pays homage to the area’s fascinating mountaineering history through the use of old photographs and tasteful displays of beautifully preserved ski equipment. There is a neat and well-equipped kitchen which overlooks this area, a delight to prepare meals in on those evenings when you are not sampling Lech’s exceptional choice of restaurants.


This stunning home, coupled with the residence’s luxurious shared spa facilities, offers something for all guests.

This luxury Lech chalet sleeps 6 guests, making it the perfect, spacious retreat for small groups. The master bedroom is a glorious, spacious room, which enjoys a lovely en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, finished in tranquil earthy tones. Light pours through large windows, warming the room and in particular, a gorgeous little living space with two armchairs. There are a further two generous double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, that are similarly designed to facilitate relaxation and restoration.

Brunnenhof 3 is a wonderful family-friendly chalet apartment in Lech. It is just a short walk from the lifts, so getting to and from the slopes couldn’t be easier. The shared swimming pool is a perfect place for the little ones to burn off any extra energy they have before dinner. 

Just let us know and childcare can be arranged, creating more time for you on the slopes, or a chance to enjoy the resort’s nightlife knowing your little ones are well looked after.

Location

Brunnenhof 3 is ideally located only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village and a 6-minute walk from the nearest lift, which will whisk you up and onto the slopes. The nearest airports are Innsbruck which is. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich airport, which is 2hrs 30mins away.
