Overview
Chalech S is an elegant property, perfectly positioned only a stone’s throw from the Schlosskopf piste and the centre of Lech. Every detail of this beautiful apartment has been carefully considered. Chalech S is one of five in the newly completed Chalech residence, just a ten-minute stroll from the village centre, making the perfect mountain escape for friends and family.
Decorated in a cool and contemporary style, this luxury Lech ski chalet uses rich wood and delicate lighting throughout to ensure a timeless alpine style, making it really unique property. The luxury Lech chalet spans four floors and there is both an elevator and stairs linking all the floors of the chalet. On the top floor, you will find the decadent yet cosy living area. Wood-panelled walls and rich fabrics bring warmth and texture to a soothing palette of greys – this is chic chalet design at its finest. You are immediately drawn to the large glass sliding doors that lead out to the balcony where you can take in the views across the village and beyond to the mountains. The dining table can seat 12 guests and is perfect for elegant dinners with family and friends. There is also a snug TV room that can be closed off from the main living space, perfect for children to retreat to while their parents enjoy dinner with their friends.
If you are looking for some R&R, then the spa area is the place for you. On the ground floor, you will find the tranquil spa. Decorated in cool neutral tones, with a sauna, hammam and relaxation area, the spa is the perfect spot to rest and relax after a long day on the slopes.
This luxury Lech chalet sleeps 12 guests, making it the perfect, spacious retreat for families and friends. Each bedroom is decorated with its own colour scheme and the clever blending of traditional materials with modern style combines to form a highly sought-after property.

Chalech S is located just a 3-minute walk away from the Schlosskopf chairlift and the village centre is a 10-minute walk away. Chambery airport is just 1h 15m by car and Lyon and Geneva around 2hrs away. The nearest airports are Innsbruck which is. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich airport, which is 2hrs 30mins away.
