Chalet 1850 enjoys a prime location just outside Val d’Isère, with the main snow front just a 4-minute drive (or 12-minute stroll) away, giving easy access to ski schools, nursery slopes and the Solaise gondola or Olympique cable car. For a quieter start, La Daille is only 2 minutes by car, offering the gondola or Funival train, plus gentle blue and red runs for skiing back. The centre of town, with its chic bars, restaurants and luxury boutiques, is a 2-minute drive or a pleasant 10-minute walk, with the nearest bars and ski shops just five minutes from the chalet.
