The Chalet Arctique is one of the original quintessential luxury ski chalets in Courchevel 1850. Set in the centre, just minutes from the amenities of the famous resort, guests can make the most of the chalet’s facilities and the many designer boutiques.

Overview

The Arctique’s Ski-In/Ski-Out location in the centre of Courchevel 1850 is within an easy walk of the boutique shops, delis and Michelin starred restaurants. The chalet has 6 en suite bedrooms which can accommodate 12 guests. The spacious property is laid out over 5 floors.  Each floor has been finished to the highest level to create a sanctuary which blends exquisite interiors, functional layout and traditional Alpine character.

The wellness facilities are found at the lower level, there is an indoor pool and indoor hot tub. The boot room is found on the ground floor from where you can get ready and put your skis on directly outside to start your day.

The chalet is sold on a self catered basis with breakfast and a turndown service included.

Located on the Rue de Plantret, from here guests can ski directly from the boot room door. The main chairlift is just a 15 metre ski away! The location also gives plenty to watch while you’re relaxing the balcony with an apres ski drink in the afternoon.

The interior design of the Arctique is a masterpiece in contemporary style, classic alpine features and state of the art technology. Everything within the chalet has been built using local stone, timber and steel which when lit up by the soft lighting, gives a cosy feel. The views from the balconies which surround the chalet are views of the Croisette lift and slopes above.

Large deep sofas wrap around the room in front of a floating Scandinavian fireplace and large 75” TV  with SKY and Apple TV. The large walnut dining table has space for 16 and is lit by a stunning droplet crystal chandelier.

Each of the bedrooms is large with en suite facilities, balconies with south facing views. There is a master bedroom that is larger than the rest and a dressing table. For the kids there is also a quad bunk room which is a fantastic fun space with timber panelling.

You will be looked after during your stay by the chalet’s host, who will be on hand to provide a continental breakfast as well as a turndown service if required. This will allow you to leave breakfast while your host tidies away and everyone can get on the slopes that bit faster!

There are so many chalet facilities including wellness facilities with an underground swimming pool with jets and a large 10 person hot tub. There are coffee machines on the ground and third floor as well as fireplaces on these floors. Apple and SKY TV are available throughout the chalet. There is a large TV in the main living space as well as a huge 84” screen on the lower floor.

The unbeatable location within Courchevel 1850 will make it hugely popular with all groups visiting the Pistache. Friends will enjoy the apres ski, bars and restaurants that are all a short walk as well as being able to ski to and from the door. Families have the quad bunk room to make full use of all the beds in the chalet. The kids will spend so much time in the pool and hot tub as well as being able to relax in the cinema room on the same floor as the pool.

With a huge 4 floors to explore and play hide and seek as well as the indoor pool and hot tub, the kids will simply love the Arctique. Parents won’t have to carry skis as the Croisette main lift hub is a simple 15 metre walk and kids can ski from the door. The sleeping arrangements have also been designed with kids in mind with the quad bunk beds.
