GUEST EXPERIENCE

A stay with this chalet promises more than just beautiful accommodation; it offers a seamless and personalised mountain experience in one of the world’s most iconic ski resorts. Whether you opt for a fully catered chalet or a stylish self-catered apartment, you can expect exceptional comfort, professional service, and flexibility throughout your stay.

In catered chalets, a private chef will prepare daily breakfasts, afternoon teas, and bespoke evening meals on five nights, tailored to your preferences following a pre-arrival menu consultation. If you prefer a self-catered option, we can arrange grocery delivery, daily housekeeping, or even a private chef, so you have everything you need - on your terms.

Location

Apartment Balma is ideally located for those who want to be in the very heart of Zermatt village near the shops, bars and restaurants and want close proximity to the ski-lifts. Zermatt is a car-free resort, so access is usually via train from the last stop at Tasch – it takes 10 minutes to Zermatt. You can also be picked up by a private vehicle all the way to Zermatt main train station. The nearest airport is Sion, 1hr 30 minutes away and Geneva and Zurich 3hrs 30 minutes.
