Set over three floors and spanning about 350m², the property makes the most of its scenic outlook over the Dranse valley and the nearby Pointe de Nyon. The ground floor features an open plan living area with stylish kitchen‑diner, comfortable lounge and bar, all opening to a covered wrap‑around balcony with valley views. 

On the middle floor there are three en suite bedrooms with private balconies and a large cinema and games room, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
