We have been lucky enough to have a good look around Chalet Couttet in Chamonix and it’s absolutely stunning. The interior designer has done a wonderful job in ensuring it feels marvellously homely yet unique and modern. It is just two minutes to the town centre by car and is designed with the wow factor on every level. The colossal 550sqm of living space offers huge walls of glass, double-height ceilings and chic modern design interiors. Extremely luxurious at every turn inside and out with 12m heated outdoor swimming pool (covered in the winter with a bespoke translucent dome), hot tub, gym, sauna and Hammam, cinema room, games room with pool table and bar. Every facet of your luxury ski holiday is meticulously detailed.

Breathtaking 360-degree views of Mont Blanc paired with exceptional design and outstanding facilities make Chalet Couttet in Chamonix an achingly hip 5* destination for your luxury ski holiday. It is masterful, majestic and magical throughout all three floors of this incredible 550sqm unique space. What’s so splendid is the main living spaces, swimming pool (covered in the winter with a bespoke translucent dome) and garden are south facing, so even during the shorter winter days the chalet is bathed in sunshine.

This fabulously fashionable chalet is just two minutes drive from Chamonix town centre and just a 5-minute drive from the nearest ski lift in Brevent. What really elevates this luxury Chamonix chalet into the stratosphere is its never-ending array of fantastic facilities. Boasting a large cinema room, a games room with a pool table and bar, not to mention a spacious spa equipped with a secluded massage area, a yoga studio, sauna and Hamman. Let’s not forget the 12m heated outdoor swimming pool which is operational all year round due to the clever translucent domed cover for the winter. Chalet Couttet is the most out-of-this-world hideaway to relax and rejuvenate.

Set over three floors, the chalet sleeps 10 across five individually themed en-suite bedrooms – all with exceptional facilities; think freestanding bathtub with access to the outside via private or share balconies and large garden terraces (you can walk directly into the outdoor jacuzzi from The Penguin bedroom). Luxury fluffy bathrobes, towels, and slippers are waiting for you each evening, as well as luxury spa and bathroom products for full relaxation. 

So it’s not hard to imagine what to do at Chalet Couttet after a hard day on the slopes: a dip in the pool or sit back and relax in the large outdoor jacuzzi, easily big enough for 8 while marvelling at the mountainscape of the spectacular Mont Blanc. Snuggle up next to the open wood fire, in the spacious yet inviting lounge area with your favourite book.

During summer the outdoor swimming pool and terraces are great spaces for entertaining en masse, where you can savour ‘Al fresco’ dining with an amazing view of Mont Blanc. Summer activities include white-water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, glacier mountaineering, golf, tennis, horse-riding and yoga among others.

During winter lovely fresh bread and pastries will be delivered daily with and a midweek linen change, and of course, a resort concierge service is on hand to book whatever your heart’s desire.

KIDS

Chalet Couttet is in a brilliant location nearby all the amenities of the thriving resort of Chamonix,  so getting from A to B is a doddle.

Inside the luxury ski chalet, there is ample space to get lost in and plenty of high tech entertainment for children of all ages to enjoy and keep them busy including the pool table & cinema room with Playstation 4. Outside kids can splash around in the pool or soak away in the hot tub. There is even an old ski lift on one of the terraces for them to chill in. 

Nannies and babysitters can be booked if adults seek a night off or two to enjoy the local nightlife.

Location

Chalet Couttet is perfectly situated close to Chamonix centre, so you can stroll out of the property and walk into resort in 10 minutes to take advantage of the nightlife, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops on your doorstep. Geneva airport is 1hr drive away.
