A beautiful and much-coveted new build in 2014 Chalet Elbrus is part of the 7 heavens project. With its central location just moments from the Sunnegga lift and the gorgeous old-fashioned resort of Zermatt. Stepping inside the old world charm doesn’t stop, but meets with new times and a modern vibe like an old friend within the luxurious lobby, complete with a delightful bar. Accessing your chalet via the lift you’ll love the sumptuous style and elegance. Complete with a hot tub, sauna, and its own cinema room, relaxing and enjoying some downtime will be easy here.

Overview

Your central living space is a marvel of space, light and unusual features. All open plan, the fireplace takes centre stage and is a beautiful feature. Walking in you’re faced with difficult decisions such as whether to head straight for the bar or to throw yourself on the deep relaxing sofas until supper is served and you can take a spot around the beautiful long table where an incredible meal awaits.

Centrally located you’re a short walk from all the action, and the Sunnegga funicular, meaning you can get up and skiing within a few moments. It is at the top that Wolli’s park for beginners is situated so getting the children started with their ski school will be a piece of cake.


This is a bold property, reimagining how a chalet should look, here strong dark colours accentuate the stone and wood and from the stunning light fittings to the modern art, this luxury chalet cocoons you in warmth and style, without ever being oppressive. The spa area with its hot tub and sauna is the perfect place to unwind and with the gorgeous robes and slippers available in your room this really feels more like a boutique spa. If you’re still feeling energetic there is a state of the art gym available within the shared facilities downstairs.

Overall there are five sumptuous bedrooms with two master rooms on the top floor with balconies. KIDS

Chalet Elbrus is a glorious place to bring the children as they will love sharing the ‘quad room’ with its four bunk beds and with their own TV they can chill out together, or catch up with the latest film in the fantastic cinema room. The location lends itself well to families, being centrally situated and just moments from the funicular so getting to ski lessons is simple. 

If you are after a spot of time out yourself please let us know and we can arrange nannies or babysitters ensuring you get to explore the pistes, shops or nightlife in peace.

Location

The central location means the Sunnegga lift is next door and it is just a few moments from the centre of town. The chalet is approximately 3h and 30m from Geneva & Zurich airport, however, the closest airport is Sion at 1h 30m away. As Zermatt itself is pedestrianised, taxis and shuttle trains are available to take you the last 10 minutes of your journey from Täsch. If you choose to drive or hire a car there is secure parking just 5km outside of Zermatt in the village of Täsch.
