Overview

Chalet Etoile des Neiges is a refined alpine retreat set in a peaceful corner of Méribel, just moments from the heart of the resort. Combining traditional Savoyard charm with elevated wellness facilities and sweeping forest views, it offers an exceptional setting for a family ski escape in the French Alps. The chalet accommodates up to 14 guests across six beautifully appointed bedrooms. 

On entering, you are welcomed into expansive open plan living spaces designed for both comfort and connection. The sitting room takes pride of place beside large picture windows, drawing in natural light and framing the surrounding woodland. Deep sofas and a crackling fireplace create an inviting après ski ambience, while the adjacent kitchen and dining area provides a sophisticated yet relaxed setting for long, convivial dinners. A separate breakfast table offers a more informal start to the day, and the balcony invites guests to step outside and take in the crisp mountain air. 

Wellness is seamlessly woven into the experience. After a day on the slopes, unwind on the terrace with a restorative soak in the outdoor hot tub, or retreat to the sauna to ease tired legs and fully switch off. Every detail has been considered to ensure evenings are as indulgent as the days are exhilarating. 

The chalet’s six bedrooms sleep up to 10 adults and 4 children. Soft, neutral interiors and elegant alpine detailing create restful sanctuaries throughout. Chalet Etoile des Neiges enjoys a quietly coveted position in Méribel’s sought after Mussillon enclave, offering a sense of calm while remaining effortlessly connected to the heart of resort. It is the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility, ideal for those who value privacy without compromise. La Chaudanne, Méribel’s principal lift hub with the Rhodos gondola, Tougnète gondola and Saulire Express, is just a short 3 minute drive away, placing the vast Three Valleys ski area at your fingertips. For added flexibility, the Morel chairlift is also within a 3 minute drive, allowing guests to sidestep the main hub during peak weeks or enjoy a more relaxed start to the ski day. The centre of Méribel is equally convenient, reachable in 3 minutes by car or approximately 15 minutes on foot. Here, you can explore an inviting collection of bars, restaurants and boutiques after a day on the slopes. For ease throughout your stay, the nearest resort bus stop is just a 5 minute walk from the chalet, ensuring smooth and simple navigation around the valley.
