Boasting traditional Alpine charm merged with Scandinavian elegance, Chalet Grand Coeur is the perfect place for friends and family to come together and enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Verbier, Switzerland.   The location is ideal for those who want to be on the first lifts but away from the hustle and bustle of the village and the heated outdoor swimming pool will leave you spellbound as the warmth envelopes you whilst you gaze out across the striking mountain landscape.

This luxury fully catered chalet is in a prime location as it sits just a little up the mountain with stunning views overlooking Verbier village yet is only a one minute drive to the Savoleyres lift station providing access to the La Tzoumaz and Savoleyres ski area ideal for beginners and intermediates and only four minutes drive from the restaurants and shops of Verbier.  Alternatively, in three minutes you can reach the nursery slopes of Les Esserts or Le Rouge or five minutes to the central Médran lifts for ski school.  


With exposed wooden interiors and classic chalet architecture, Chalet Grand Coeur is elegantly furnished with stylish wooden Scandinavian furniture adding a touch of modern sophistication to the traditional design.  The open plan living space features a double-height vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling glass exposes the spectacular views across the mountains taking your breath away as you walk into this property.  The centrepiece of this space is the handsome stone open fireplace, which creates a warm, inviting ambiance that is perfect for enjoying an après ski aperitif.  For those wanting a cosy snug this area leads up to a stylish mezzanine snug ideal for relaxing with a good book. Expansive windows at one end of the living area open out onto a sun-catching balcony where you can enjoy incredible views.

If you’re looking to unwind after a day on the slopes, or for entertainment for the kids, Chalet Grand Coeur boasts a spacious terrace with a heated swimming pool. The pool is partially covered by the balcony above but open to all the elements, so you can enjoy a swim or soak in the warm waters even when the snow is falling and with trees all around this is a private, peaceful space to unwind.  Imagine returning from skiing to take a swim in the pool while snow falls around you – it is nothing short of a magical experience.

The Chalet contains four bedrooms, with three on the ground floor all with shower rooms.  The Master suite is on the top floor and has a beautiful bathtub surrounded by windows out to the mountains, and a separate shower.  With the exposed timber and luxurious soft furnishings the cosy spaces are perfect for having the best nights sleep ready to hit the slopes again the next day.

The property is fully serviced with a chalet host, housekeeper and michelin trained chef.  It also comes with a private driver available until 1am, so you can sit back and relax as you are transported to the ski lifts or into the village in comfort and style.

Location

Chalet Grand Coeur is a luxury chalet located in the beautiful village of Verbier, Switzerland. It is in an ideal location, where it will take only a minute for your driver to drop you at the Savoleyres lift (0.6KM/10 minute walk) which takes you to the family friendly areas of La Tzoumaz & Savoleyres ski area. Alternatively Les Esserts and Le rouge which are easier slopes to start on are only a 3 minute, 1.2km, drive away. The Médran lift station where ski school meets is a 5 minute drive. It is only a 3 minute drive (1.6Km) from the center of Verbier, Place Centrale, which is where you can find luxury shops and restaurants. All can be serviced by the chalets’ on-hand dedicated driver. Geneva airport is 1hr and 20 minutes away, private jets can land at Sion airport, just 40 minutes.
