Overview

Overlooking the La Face piste, Grand Pré offers luxurious Val d’Isère living, outstanding views, and superb wellness facilities. Grand Pré 2 is one of four stunning new luxury ski chalet apartments in the residence. With four bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests, this modern home is full of character and is a wonderful ski retreat for families and friends. And one of the best parts, you can ski directly back to the property!

The chalet apartment has a cosy and warm lounging area complete with a wood-burning fireplace. The living area joins with the bar, kitchen and dining area, making it a fantastic open plan area, perfect for dining and relaxing together. The large full height windows mean that you can take in the spectacular views across the Manchet Valley and up towards the often illuminated piste of the Face de Bellevarde whilst enjoying your pre-dinner drinks.


Behind the living area is the well-equipped kitchen, which is sleek and functional and has plenty of counter space for preparing a delicious evening meal. There is a raised breakfast bar with four bar chairs, perfect for breakfast on the go and kids’ suppers. The dining area features a large, contemporary wooden table that seats up to ten people.

On the first floor is where you find the bedrooms, which sleep up to 10 guests. The first bedroom is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is another double bedroom with an en-suite shower and a private toilet. The master double bedroom features a desk and chair as well as a large bathroom with a separate shower. The fourth bedroom is a quad bunk room, sleeping up to four people in adult-sized beds. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

During your stay at Grand Pré 2, you will have shared access to the spa area on the building’s first floor. This includes a heated swimming pool with endless current and a submerged jet spa, plus a sauna, perfect for indulging tired, ski-weary muscles.

The apartment has its own laundry room with a washer and a dryer. Guests also have access to a ski room with private ski lockers. An expansive parking garage, with two dedicated parking places with electric car charging ports, is found on the lowest level of the building.

Location

Grand Pré 2 is located in the Le Legettaz area of Val d’Isere. Offering Ski-in, Ski-out from the rear of the building onto the Piste M (Red Piste) and Legettaz area (Green beginners area). The centre of Val d’isere is a 10-minute walk away. The world-famous resort of Val d’Isere is 3 hours from Geneva Airport, 2hrs 45minutes from Chambery and 3 hours from Lyon. Grenoble Airport can also be reached in 3 hours and 35 minutes.
