We can’t quite describe the feeling of walking into Chalet Husky, the large glass entrance atrium with huge palm trees will take your breath away. It’s James Bond meets Alice in Wonderland. The chalet is a riot of colour and quirky features including a fabulous wellness area with a large glass colour change swimming pool set into the rocks, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and massage rooms. Plus an ultra-cool kid’s games room with indoor rock climbing, archery and rifle shooting. The 7 en-suite bedrooms are set on the lower floor and are all of a good size. Upstairs the open-plan living and dining room continues to wow with the bar and two spacious sofa areas spreading out into the eves of the chalet and the central palm atrium providing a stunning feature. What’s more, the chalet is well located just 10 minutes walk a few minutes drive from the heart of this vibrant resort. A one of a kind chalet, we recommend booking early.

Be prepared to be wowed. Chalet Husky, Val d'Isere is a chalet like no other. This stylish and impressive pad is a riot of colour and quirky interior design with facilities fit for a queen. It’s James Bond meets Alice in Wonderland.

On the lower ground floor is the spectacular glass entrance atrium complete with towering palm trees and a fabulous wellness area set into the rocks with an indoor jacuzzi, hammam, massage room and large glass colour change swimming pool (8mx4m) with infinity waterfall. Not to mention the fitness room for those needing that extra bit of a workout. At Chalet Husky, even the children’s games room has been given a bit of a twist, with indoor rock climbing, archery and rifle shooting.

Upstairs in chalets eves the vast open-plan living and dining space span the entire length of this jaw-dropping luxury retreat. The palm atrium sits at the centre of this impressive space with a dining/bar area with sofas at one end and a comfy lounge area at the other, with oversized leather sofas, an open fireplace and satellite/Apple TV.

Set in a quiet enclave of chalets just 10 minutes from the centre of Val d’Isere this spacious luxury chalet (611m²) sleeps 14 guests in 7 large en-suite bedrooms, Six of the seven bedrooms are on the ground floor and the master has its own access into the wellness area. All of the bedrooms are beautifully appointed and come with a flat-screen TV. With the quad bunk room and three of the rooms able to be made up as twin rooms this stunning luxury chalet is perfect for family groups.

When taken fully serviced your private chef will prepare exquisite food and a driver is on call to whisk you to and from the slopes. There is also parking for three cars in the garage where the heated ski and boot room is located.

Quirky and interesting artefacts and objets d’art are peppered throughout the chalet, both old and new and each unique in style. The lighting in the chalet adds an extra dimension, from the coloured uplighting in the atrium to the full spectrum of rainbow colours above the pool. Pay special attention to the light shades – a nice touch of vintage meets contemporary.

The action can continue off the slopes thanks to the incredible array of facilities that Chalet Husky has on offer.

Chalet Husky is the ultimate kid’s pad with a large glass indoor pool and jacuzzi to splash about in and an ulta-cool activity room with a climbing wall set into the rocks with archery and a shooting rifle. The main open plan living and dining area have a cosy TV zone with Satellite and Apple Tv perfect for movie nights and another little sofa area for playing games or reading a bedtime story.

Children are well catered for here with an early kids tea offered allowing parents to little ones to bed and enjoy the chalet at night.

Childcare can easily be arranged for an additional cost with this chalet from as early as 4 months, there is an in-resort creche for the little ones and some great kids clubs and private nanny care. Babysitting can also be pre-booked.

Set back in a quiet enclave of chalets on a road that runs parallel to the main high street, Chalet Husky is a short 10-minute walk from the resort centre and an 8-minute walk to the nursery slopes and main lifts that connect to Tignes and the Val d’Isere ski area. A driver is on hand to whisk you to and from the slopes if you prefer not to walk. The nearest airport is Chambery at just under 2 hours. Geneva and Lyon are 3 hours away.
