Overview

You can’t be closer to the slopes. Chalet Kakisa is perfectly positioned right next to the piste, so you can ski out from the chalet and back to within 100m. When the pistes empty at 5 pm you feel privileged to soak up the sublime and slightly eerie wilderness of snow-capped mountains all to yourself. The location of this chalet cannot be beaten, and the mind-blowing views will take your breath away.

The stylish interiors have been perfectly curated to create a luxurious and modern feel. Think dark tones matches with wooden features and high ceilings creating a loft ambience. The feature fireplace, which separates the living room and dining, is a stunning addition. Spend your evenings relaxing on the sofa whilst your chef prepares your delicious evening meal.

Beyond the stylish interiors, this luxury Avoriaz chalet boasts not only an indoor swimming pool but also a hammam, sauna and TV snug on the mezzanine. So you can relax however you want after a day on the slopes! 

Chalet Kakisa sleeps 8 – 10 guests across four bedrooms. All bedrooms are en-suite and can be made as either a double or twin, depending on your group configuration. In addition to the three bedrooms, the chalet has a master bedroom with a separate bunk room for two additional guests – perfect for those looking for a luxury family-friendly chalet.

KIDS

Chalet Kakisa will be popular with the kids. They will love splashing in the pool before dinner, burning off any excess energy. And the separate TV snug is perfect for movie nights with hot chocolates whilst the adults enjoy their evening meal. This family-friendly luxury chalet is positioned on the slopes, so getting to and from ski school couldn’t be easier.  

Just let us know and childcare can be arranged, creating more time for you on the slopes, or a chance to enjoy the resort’s nightlife knowing your little ones are well looked after. 

GUEST EXPERIENCE

This chalet team focuses on the small details that make a ski holiday memorable, from warm ski boots each morning to dedicated hosts offering local advice. Additional touches include nannies providing a photo album, multimedia sockets, and indulgent services like massages, manicures, and fluffy towels.

The catered stay includes airport transfers from Geneva, chalet accommodation with made-up beds, complimentary toiletries, and daily cleaning. Chalet hosts assist with meals and other needs.

Culinary highlights include a three-course dinner with cheese and coffee six nights a week, along with daily breakfast (cooked and continental), a self-service option on the host’s day off, homemade cakes, and evening canapés. Qualified nannies are available for childcare.

Transfers from Geneva are scheduled at various times, with return coaches ensuring timely transfer for arrival and  departure flights.

Location

Chalet Kakisa is in a perfect position right on the piste - You can ski out from the chalet and back to within 100m. You are also just a lift ride away from the centre of the resort, piste side bars and restaurants and ski school meeting point. Geneva airport is around 1hr 30 min - A coach transfer is included (set timings).
