You will be wowed from the moment you enter. Featuring huge reclaimed wood beams and sweeping views this property is simply fabulous. And with a team of attentive staff ensuring you never have to lift a finger, a stay here is simply perfect.
Overview
Just 100m to the main Bellevarde and Solaise ski lifts, Kilco Penthouse is a gorgeous double-height penthouse perfect for groups of up to ten people. Despite being right in the centre of Val d’Isere, this luxury chalet’s location remains secluded, allowing you privacy and comfort.
You enter the penthouse by a lift with a private key that opens directly into your property. The double-height windows let light and fill the large open-plan living and dining space, and you can take in the stunning views of the mountains that surround the village. Large terraces are situated on both the north and south sides of the penthouse so you can choose you scenery each morning whilst enjoying a cup of coffee.
Decorated in a sleek alpine style, the furnishings are soft and playful and have a contemporary feel with a nod to traditional mountain properties. Oversized lamps and bespoke art commissions feature throughout this floor and compliment the wooden interior.
Taking the elevator down to the basement level you will find your private swimming pool with a counterflow system. The pool has windows deeply piled with snow through most of the winter creating a wonderful place to relax after your day on the mountain. For some further R&R, the area also has a Moroccan tiled hammam, which will certainly soothe any tired legs.
Sleeping up to 10 guests, Chalet Kilco Penthouse has 5 en-suite bedrooms, each beautifully styled. Four private bedrooms spread from the central living space each with open plan bathrooms, bespoke furniture and high roofs. An open stairwell leads up to the upper level where you will find the fifth bedroom above the main living space with its own bathroom.

Chalet Kilco Penthouse is located just 100 meters from the main gondola stations, home runs and ski school meeting points, so it truly does have one of the best locations in town. The village centre is just a couple of minutes walk away and you have your driver service throughout your stay. Chambery airport is just under 2-hour drive and Geneva and Lyon, are both 3 hours away.
