Overview

Styled like a modern New York penthouse, Chalet Kobuk is a stunning luxury chalet in Avoriaz that you will want to return to again and again. Ideally positioned on the slopes, this ski-in/ski-out property is perfect for friends and families who don’t want to miss out on a moment on the mountain.

Spread over three floors with a cosy mezzanine too, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The main living room will be your favourite place to unwind together, with the cosy sofas and incredible views – you can watch the mountain sunrise and the night sky draw in from the comfort of the sofa! Whilst being open-plan, there is a wall to separate the dining room, and within this wall is a fireplace which provides heat to both spaces – and looks fantastic! The mezzanine living area is ideal for kids, with a TV snug and games for them to play with.

For those seeking some R&R, head to the sauna or hammam to soothe your tired legs. 

Chalet Kobuk sleeps 8 – 10 guests across four bedrooms. All bedrooms are en-suite and can be made as either a double or twin, depending on your group configuration. In addition to the three bedrooms, the chalet has a master bedroom with a separate bunk room for two additional guests.

KIDS

Chalet Kobuk will be popular with the kids. This family-friendly luxury chalet is positioned on the slopes, so getting to and from ski school couldn’t be easier. And in the evenings there is a separate TV snug where the children can watch a movie with hot chocolates whilst the adults enjoy their evening meal. One of the rooms has a separate bunk bed area, perfect for those travelling with little ones. 

Just let us know and childcare can be arranged, creating more time for you on the slopes, or a chance to enjoy the resort’s nightlife knowing your little ones are well looked after. 

GUEST EXPERIENCE

This chalet team focuses on the small details that make a ski holiday memorable, from warm ski boots each morning to dedicated hosts offering local advice. Additional touches include nannies providing a photo album, multimedia sockets, and indulgent services like massages, manicures, and fluffy towels.

The catered stay includes airport transfers from Geneva, chalet accommodation with made-up beds, complimentary toiletries, and daily cleaning. Chalet hosts assist with meals and other needs.

Culinary highlights include a three-course dinner with cheese and coffee six nights a week, along with daily breakfast (cooked and continental), a self-service option on the host’s day off, homemade cakes, and evening canapés. Qualified nannies are available for childcare.

Transfers from Geneva are scheduled at various times, with return coaches ensuring timely transfer for arrival and  departure flights.

Location

Chalet Kobuk is in a perfect position right on the piste - You can ski out from the chalet and back to within 100m. You are also just a lift ride away from the centre of the resort, piste side bars and restaurants and ski school meeting point. Geneva airport is around 1hr 30 min - A coach transfer is included (set timings).
