Luxury Chalet Les Tissourds is a lovingly restored country house, nestled on a quiet road just 5-10 minutes walk from Chamonix town centre, with stunning views of the Mont Blanc and across to the Brevent ski area. Refurbished in 2009 this contemporary Chamonix chalet is just 200 metres from the ski bus stop and five minutes walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car that whisks competent skiers up to Chamonix’s most challenging ski area.

The chalet is extremely private and sits within a garden with wonderful outdoor decking and a hot tub, perfect for taking in those fabulous Mont Blanc views. The interior has been re-designed with an open-plan layout and is a pleasing mix of traditional and contemporary touches finished with high-quality hand-made Ben Whistler furniture.


At the heart of Chalet Les Tissourds is the light and bright open-plan kitchen and cosy living room, with comfy bright cushions and a modern wood-burning fireplace, perfect for snuggling up at the end of a long ski day. A separate wood-clad dining room can also be converted to accommodate an extra bed if required.

Cosy up in front of a DVD in the TV snug on the lower ground floor, with plenty of squashy sofas and beanbags. Your day’s ski will also be able to start toasty and warm with your kit stored in the heated ski and boot room, and if needed there’s even a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.  

Chalet Les Tissourds sleeps 8 – 10 guests in four beautifully appointed rooms finished with beautifully crisp linen and earthy tones. On the first floor is a Double room and a Twin/Double that share a shower room, plus a further en-suite Twin/Double. On the top floor is a Double room with an additional single bed and a private bathroom just across the corridor, perfect for a small family looking to share. (There is also a separate dining room with an extra bed if required).

With a concierge team on standby to fine-tune things as they arise from arranging ski passes and lessons to restaurant reservations and helicopter rides, guarantees the most hassle-free ski holiday. Location

Chalet Les Tissourds is located a 5-minute walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car for competent skiers looking to ski the Valley Blanche or take on some unmarked powder runs. It’s 5-10 minutes on foot into the centre of town. Chamonix ski lifts are best accessed by car or bus and the Brevent lifts are just a 4-minute drive from the chalet. The ski bus stop is 200 metres from the chalet. Geneva Airport is just 1 hour from the chalet door.
