Overview

Chalet Sarire is a beautiful renovated 5* ultra-luxury ski chalet, located on the edge of a pine forest in the exclusive village of Le Fornet, in Val d’Isere, 2km from the centre of Val d’Isere. Chalet Sarire offers spectacular views and the highest levels of service coupled with outstanding facilities such as the lovely outdoor cedar wood hot tub and sunny south-facing terrace. 

Sleeping up to 16 guests (on request), this luxury chalet is spread over 4 floors across  260m2 of impressive living space. Nothing has been spared when renovating this mountain escape. It is fresh and contemporary, giving an overwhelming feeling of spaciousness. Completely rebuilt in traditional Savoyard stone, using ancient timbers, the property is a unique gem.


The main entrance is on the ground level where the heated ski room for the chalet is located with good storage and boot warmers. A breathtakingly large open plan living room is another major wow factor – with a length of about 20m this space is great for entertaining large groups for cocktail parties or just giving yourself a generous area for your family or group. Be sure to head out on to the terrace, which is where you will discover the large outdoor wooden deck with cedarwood hot tub, the ultimate spot for some R&R.

At luxury Chalet Sarire, it is all about skiing. Nestled next to a larch forest, you can ski back to the chalet by leaving the blue Mangard and black Foret runs. Le Fornet is the highest area of Val d’Isere, and in two quick lifts, you’ll be on gently sloping glacier skiing with unrivalled snow at 3,300m. Le Fornet is a wonderfully quiet ski area and it has its own lift system that connects rapidly with the vast Espace Killy ski area and Val d’Isere. 

There are 5 bedrooms, one bedroom has an additional adult-sized bunk-bed that will sleep up to two comfortably. The central wrought iron stairwell leads up to three bedrooms on the next floor, one contains an extra adult sized reclaimed wood bunks and a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a large monsoon shower room and toilet. Ascending to the top floor the mountains come more into view and you will find a large master suite with an ensuite bathroom and a smaller king or twin ensuite room with a large terrace and west-facing view down to the main village. 

With your private chauffeur at the ready to whisk you around the resort from 8am – 8pm you can choose where you wish to start and end your ski day. Your talented chef will create culinary delights from morning to night, so you don’t get to lift a finger.
