Chalet Überhaus is an exceptional ski in ski out retreat in Oberlech, offering refined alpine luxury in one of Austria’s most prestigious resorts. Sleeping 10 to 14 guests across five beautifully designed bedrooms, the chalet blends traditional materials with contemporary elegance. Its elevated position delivers breathtaking mountain and piste views, while a superb collection of spa and entertainment facilities makes it perfectly suited to both families and discerning groups. 

The interiors are sophisticated yet welcoming, centred around a striking open plan living and dining space with a statement double sided fireplace. Multiple south facing terraces and balconies span the chalet, creating idyllic spots for outdoor dining, sunset drinks or simply soaking in the scenery. After skiing, guests can unwind in the outdoor hot tub, or retreat to the private spa with sauna, Hammam, treatment room and gym, designed for complete post ski relaxation.

Chalet Überhaus enjoys a prime ski in ski out location in the exclusive Oberlech area, perched high above Lech with stunning mountain and resort views. Skiing couldn’t be easier, with direct access to the Grubenalpe-Oberlech-Lech blue piste leading to the Schlosskopfbahn, or a short 6-minute walk to the Bergbahn Lech-Oberlech cable car for an easy route into the resort. The Petersbodenbahn chairlift is also nearby for exploring the wider Arlberg ski area. For added convenience, the chalet’s in-resort driver service can whisk you into Lech in just 6 minutes, where you’ll find an excellent selection of restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy.
