Brand new and guaranteed to delight. Chalet Xanadu is a stunning six-bedroom luxury chalet in Morzine which is both spacious and homely. Perfect for large groups and families, there is everything you could need from a kids’ den to a wellness area with a sauna and a hot tub. Plus you get to enjoy views over Pointe de Nyon and Pleney slopes.
Overview
Chalet Xandau is like no other. This stylish, large and modern luxury chalet is a welcome addition to Morzine, perfect for large groups and families. Spread over six levels, there is room for everyone to relax and explore (kids will love the secret den on the top floor).
The heart of the chalet is the open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Decorated in a Scandinavian feel, there are light fittings, cream sofas and warm touches from the orange blankets and pillows, creating something really unique. The lounge’s huge fireplace makes this space all the more cosy, and tucked around the corner, there is a TV area with comfy armchairs and beanbags. And when the adults want some peace and quiet, the kids can play in the den. Here you will find games, books and floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the valley. It can also double as an extra sleeping area if you are looking to accommodate 20 guests.
The wellness area will certainly be a favourite. With a large indoor sauna and shower, as well as doors which leads outside to the hot tub, your legs will feel rested before tackling the mountain the next day. And what’s more, it’s a great place to enjoy the view with a glass of bubbles!
Chalet Xanadu has thought of everything. At the main entrance level, there is a big lobby with ample space for jackets and helmets, plus a boot room with heated boot warmers. Plus it also has six off-street parking spaces and a big garage that can be used for storage only, so perfect for bikes and ski equipment.
This luxury Morzine chalet sleeps 14 + 6 guests, making it the perfect, spacious retreat for families and large groups of friends. There are six bedrooms, split over three levels, all with an en-suite bathroom or shower room. Three of the bedrooms have a super king bed, which can split into twin beds. Two bedrooms have a super king bed. The final bedroom is a bunk room with four double beds, which can sleep a maximum of eight people. The bedrooms are split over three levels.

They provide door-to-door drop-offs at lift stations, late-night pickups after après-ski, and daytime shuttles for non-skiers to enjoy the town or meet skiers for lunch.
Exquisite food and wine are central to their service. Chefs, passionate about their craft, prepare meals using fresh, local ingredients. Guests enjoy delicious breakfasts, afternoon teas, pre-dinner canapés, and four-course dinners five nights a week. Specific dietary needs and requests are discussed prior to arrival. Location
Just below the Pleney slopes you’re a 5-minute walk from the centre of Morzine, though with your 24-hour driver always available you’ll more likely be taking a few moments to drive to whichever bar, ski lift or shop you’re aiming for. Snow permitting, you can reach the Pleney slopes within 50 metres. Geneva airport is around an hour away by car. Please let us know if you’d like us to arrange transfers
