With floor-to-ceiling windows, a wood-burning stove, a garden, and a hot tub overlooking the valley, this is the perfect luxury ski chalet for friends or families.

Overview

Originally a horse stable, Chalet Four Twenty L’Elé has been transformed from a traditional barn into a stunning, modern chalet. With huge floor-to-ceiling windows, industrial influenced features and luxury designer fixtures and furnishings, this ski chalet is the perfect spot to enjoy your winter ski holiday in Morzine.

The chalet was designed with families and multi-generation groups in mind. There are two living quarters, each with its own open living area, complete with a kitchen and dining table and they are connected via an internal staircase.

Entering on the first floor, you will be welcomed into the large open living area, with breath-taking views of Parc des Dérêches. For the warmer days, there is a garden, perfect for après-ski drinks or a morning coffee taking in the mountain air, but for those who want to get cosy, there is a feature wood-burning stove, making this living area so inviting. The kitchen is open to the living area, making it a sociable environment, and it has everything you need for a self-catered holiday.  The lower level opens out into a second large living room with a wood-burning stove and television, plus an open-plan dining area and a second kitchen. A large private balcony is accessed from the living room so you can enjoy the sun. In the garden, you will find the outdoor hot tub looking out over the valley. 

Chalet Four Twenty L’Elé can sleep up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms. The master suite, on the second floor, overlooks the living area and has a large king-sized bed and an en-suite with both a free-standing bath and separate shower. The other two bedrooms are complete with en-suite showers and can be configured as a twin or king bed. The further two bedrooms are on the ground floor and can be configured as a king or twin each with an en-suite. The extra-large sofa in the living room doubles as a sofa bed if required.

There is parking for four cars and storage for skis and boots at the entrance of the chalet. Heated boot warmers will dry out and warm your boots ready for the next day. 

Four Twenty L’Elé can be split into Chalet Bobb and Apartment Deux Chevaux for smaller groups. When taken together as Chalet Four Twenty L’Ele they are connected via an internal staircase.

KIDS

This luxury ski chalet lends itself to families travelling together. With two separate living areas and kitchens, there can easily be a children’s area and an adult’s area, whilst still all being together. Families can also enjoy a bit of privacy by occupying one of the living areas. Children will love the garden for burning off any extra energy they have left after a day of exploring the mountain.

The Chalet Edit is always on hand to ensure you have everything you need before you depart, from kids equipment to dietary requirements, nannies or other special requests.

This owner provides full concierge assistance and dedicated personal service from booking through to the end of your stay. 

A professional chauffeur team with luxury 4x4 mini buses offers 24-hour on-call service, ensuring safe and efficient transportation. They provide door-to-door drop-offs at lift stations, late-night pickups after après-ski, and daytime shuttles for non-skiers to enjoy the town or meet skiers for lunch.

Exquisite food and wine are central to their service. Chefs, passionate about their craft, prepare meals using fresh, local ingredients. Guests enjoy delicious breakfasts, afternoon teas, pre-dinner canapés, and four-course dinners five nights a week. Specific dietary needs and requests are discussed prior to arrival. Complimentary house wines, champagne, prosecco, and a full bar are available, with an extensive range of upgraded wines and champagnes available for pre-order.

Location

Four Twenty L’Elé is located a few minutes drive from the centre of Morzine and is just a few minutes drive from the beautiful village of Montriond. Walking to and from Morzine centre via the pedestrianised suspension bridge takes approximately 15 minutes. There is a free bus service, which stops a few minutes walk away from the chalet door, providing access to all ski lifts. Geneva airport is 1 hour 15 minutes by car.
