Not only one of the top located and styled chalets in Kitzbuhel, but also the Alps. The award winning chalet Hahnenkamm is set in an incredibly secluded position on the edge of the piste at high altitude. The chalet comprises traditional Austrian style with all the mod cons.

Overview

The Hahenekamm has been so well created by artisan craftsmen whose skills are evident throughout the chalet. The interior has been built from antique woods and heavy stones, this combines to give an authentic Alpine feel. 

As soon as guests step into the chalet their breath will be taken away by the incredible views that look down the valley and over the slope. When major ski racing is taking place the sun terrace is the ideal place to sit out and enjoy the atmosphere and be on the front row of the action.

There are modern touches throughout the chalet and include state of the art spa area with sauna, hammam, fitness room, massage table and relaxation area. This offers the ideal secluded area to make the holiday not all about skiing but really give your body time to rest.

The Hahenkamm was rated Austrian top chalet 5 years in a row in 2023. The service that is on offer is  helped to get this award. You will be looked after by the chalet chef, guests relations, Chalet manager and in-resort concierge service.

The top located chalet in Kitzbuhel, its secluded position means guests can only access the chalet via the Hahnenkammbahn gondola. The gondola operates 8:30am-5pm Sunday to Thursday, until 11pm on Friday and 6pm on Saturday, from here you have access to the resort centre with its many shops, bars and restaurants. 

Set in the superb ski in ski out location, skiers will be shooting past the chalet. It is also just 50m from the world famous Hahnenkamm race which is an amazing spectacle. 

Guests will return to this stunning chalet and make the most of the wonderful staff and facilities. Sit out on the sun terrace and have a cocktail or gluhwein whilst you sit back and watch everyone return home.

The wellness area offers something for skiers after a long day or non-skiers who are out for a restful week. There is a sauna, hammam, relaxation area and fitness rooms. Or use the massage area to have a wonderful Austrian massage.

Each of the bedrooms is spacious and with its own elegant feature, the master suite is spacious and has a wonderful seating area, separate kitchen, wine fridge and en suite with private spa. Each of the following 3 double/twin bedrooms have a seating area and incredible views. They have been finished with aged timber, modern furnishing and ultra modern stone en-suite facilities. The final bedroom is one for the children, a quad bunk room which has been beautifully carved and built into the bedroom. Again there is a seating area, TV and doors which lead out to a balcony. 

The chalet staff are all highly trained and experienced. The chef will create a delicious gourmet menu with a choice of wine during your evening meal. Skiers will be set for the day with an extensive breakfast and return to some delicious bakery goods. The chalet is run by a chalet manager and the guests relations will serve you food and make sure you have everything you need.

This blissful retreat will make a very special holiday and your chef will contact you prior to your arrival to discuss the menu which mainly stems from Asian fusion, it will be up to you. The Austrian staff are always trying to make the week that extra bit special so expect candle lit dinners with the Austrian fair. 

The remote location of the chalet is important to acknowledge, it can only be accessed via the Hahnenkamm gondola, making any quick emergencies very tricky. Families and group of friends will love the luxury ski-in/ski-out aspect of the chalet and its privileged located within the mountains of Kitzbuhel.
