Overview

This luxury chalet in Val d ‘Isere is the perfect choice for a group of family or friends seeking a ski-in/ski-out chalet. You couldn’t be closer if you tried. Chalet No 1 Bellevarde is situated right on the Santon piste, so you can ski down to the Olympique lifts to start your day.

And after a day on the slopes, you will be delighted stepping through the doors of this cosy chalet. The catered chalet has been built using genuine old timbers from a local dismantled farmhouse and oozes charm and character. Relax in the spacious living room whilst taking the impressive views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. With the fire going too, it is perfection. 


Designed with entertainment in mind, the open-plan living area blends into the family-style dining area with a large wooden table and banquette seating. A semi-open plan kitchen leads off from this space where your team of staff will be preparing your delicious meals throughout your ski holiday in Val d ‘Isere.

With so much skiing on your doorstep, you will want to rest your legs, and where better to do this than in your private outdoor hot tub? Grab a drink and head to the sun terrace. Here you can also take in the views over the surrounding peaks.

Chalet No 1 Bellevarde sleeps up to 12 in 6 en-suite bedrooms. There are two double or twin bedrooms on the first floor, each with an en-suite bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms are found on the second floor and each has a balcony and en-suite bathroom. Two of these rooms can be made as double or twins, with the final two each offering a fixed double bed.

This chalet experience is all about thoughtful touches and genuinely warm service, making your time in the mountains as easy and enjoyable as possible. From pre-warmed ski boots and freshly baked cakes to a stocked chalet drinks "cool box," everything is designed with comfort in mind. Your stay includes scheduled return transfers from Geneva Airport, daily housekeeping (6 days), and the support of dedicated chalet hosts who can help with everything from serving dinner to recommending the best pistes or local spots.

Guests are catered for six evenings with hearty, balanced three-course meals, house wines, and a cheese board - plus canapés on the first and last nights. Daily breakfasts (with a self-serve option on the host's day off) and afternoon tea are included, and upgrades such as extended drinks packages or full canapé service are available. Families can also take advantage of professional in-chalet childcare, and optional wellness treatments like massages and facials can be arranged to round out a perfectly tailored ski holiday.

Location

Chalet No 1  Bellevarde is a fantastic ski-in/ski-out chalet in Val-d’Isere. Situated on the Solaise side of the Joseray Valley, you are in a quiet corner of the resort, but still close enough to make it only a few minutes’ drive to all the bars, restaurants and amenities that Val-d’Isere has to offer.A coach transfer is included and is 3 hours from Geneva (set timings).
