Overview

Penthouse Misha is a spectacular luxury chalet in Arc 1950, France, sleeping 12 to 14 guests across six en-suite bedrooms. The largest of the Bear Lodge suites, it spans two floors on the seventh floor and offers a generous open-plan living and dining area, balcony and sensational views towards Mont Blanc. Guests also have access to the residence's impressive facilities, including a communal lounge and bar, pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, massage suites, exercise room and cinema. 

The location is exceptional, with genuine ski-in/ski-out access in the heart of pedestrianised Arc 1950. Penthouse Misha sits alongside the Baptiste Giabiconi blue piste, opposite the Marmottes and Bois de L'Ours chairlifts, providing direct access to the Les Arcs ski area. The traffic-free village is just across the piste, with restaurants, bars, cafés and shops all within an easy stroll. 

Inside, Penthouse Misha combines stylish alpine comfort with the space required for a larger group. The open-plan living and dining room provides a natural hub for gathering together, with a water vapour fire creating a cosy focal point. Your stay includes scheduled return transfers from Geneva Airport, daily housekeeping (6 days), and the support of dedicated chalet hosts who can help with everything from serving dinner to recommending the best pistes or local spots.

Guests are catered for six evenings with hearty, balanced three-course meals, house wines, and a cheese board - plus canapés on the first and last nights. Daily breakfasts (with a self-serve option on the host's day off) and afternoon tea are included, and upgrades such as extended drinks packages or full canapé service are available. Families can also take advantage of professional in-chalet childcare, and optional wellness treatments like massages and facials can be arranged to round out a perfectly tailored ski holiday.
