Situated just 400m and a few minute’s walk from the nearest ski lift, the Royal Residence is a majestic residence belonging to the Ultima Gstaad Luxury Hotel, located in the iconic mountain village of Gstaad. As expected from the name, you will be treated to the utmost luxury during a stay at this suite. It is a little bit of heaven in the lower altitudes at 3,400 feet.

Old school glamour is the best way to describe the Royal Residence. Fit for royals, as expected by the name, this 3-bedroom residence offers guests the best of both worlds – total privacy whilst also having access to everything on offer at a luxury 5* hotel.

Providing an ideal base for groups of 6 to enjoy in Gstaad, the Royal Residence features a stunning lounge area with sophisticated furnishings and an elegant design, which can be seen throughout. Spend your evenings here in front of the feature fireplace with a glass of something cold in hand and you will feel like you are in paradise. Separate to the lounge is a dining area as well as an equipped kitchen and bar area, allowing you to dine in the comfort of your private residence.

During your stay at the Royal Residence, you will have full access to the luxurious facilities at Ultima Gstaad Hotel. KIDS

The Royal Residence and Ultima Gstaad Luxury Hotel are perfect for those skiing with kids. The hotel is located close to the ski lifts and ski school, making getting to and from ski lessons so early. And then after a day on the slopes, the kids can play in the hotel’s swimming pool or watch a movie in the cinema.

If you want to enjoy some more time on the slopes or head into town to experience the nightlife we are happy to arrange nannies or babysitters.

Location

The Royal Residence is found in the centre of Gstaad just 400m and a few minute’s walk from the nearest ski lift. The centre is only a ten-minute walk away. You also have full use of the Ultima Hotel resort shuttle service to make navigating the resort stress-free and easy. Geneva airport is a 2-hour drive away.
