Located close to the centre of Morzine, ZEMS Lodge is a spectacular new chalet nestled into the hillside. The lodge has been thoughtfully designed by local designers Shep & Kyles, and every detail has been carefully chosen with luxury in mind.
Overview
ZEMS Lodge is really unlike any other chalet. When the owners designed the property, it was crucial to them that it was unique – somewhere to set the stage not just for great holidays, but amazing experiences fuelled by their passion for the mountains. The chalet’s architecture is one of a kind, spreading across 5 floors, as well as the interiors which have been meticulously designed.
This luxury ski chalet has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. It is more than 500m2 in size, but the space is divided into a number of more intimate zones allowing everyone to get some R & R after a day on the slopes.
The open plan living area is truly one of a kind, with a magnificent hanging fireplace, perfect for setting the mood. There is no better place to relax with a glass of champagne than right here on the sofa whilst your expert chef prepares dinner. There is also a large south-facing balcony with incredible views of the surrounding mountains.
No luxury chalet is complete with spa facilities, and ZEMS Lodge has those perfected. Out on the terrace, you will find the large full tiled swim spa Jacuzzi plus a glass-fronted sauna. If you want to make your stay extra luxurious why not book a beauty treatment from the professional in house team in the comfort of the chalets private massage room.
The facilities don’t stop there. Head to the top floor where you can sip on cocktails prepared at chalet’s private bar – the ultimate apres spot! There is also a pool table for that needed friendly competition. And if you want a cosy movie night, then the cinema area with comfy seating and a projector screen is the spot for you. Plus there is a TV snug area if there are any fights about what film to watch!
The chalet comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults and 6 children across four main bedrooms and two additional triple bunk rooms.
This luxury chalet is situated only 100 metres on foot to the centre of Morzine and 500m away from the nearest ski lift, meaning you’re in the ideal location to explore the facilities that this Alpine town has to offer.

ZEMS lodge is located sitting in a quiet spot, with beautiful views of the valley. The town centre and the Super Morzine lift are just a five-minute stroll away from the chalet across the footbridge which will mean you are up the mountain in no time.
