Closer to town, the Rooftop Bar at the Hauser Hotel draws vibrant afternoon crowds right in the heart of the pedestrian zone. 

As night falls, the action centers around the resort’s world-famous luxury hotels. Le Grand Hall at Badrutt’s Palace, affectionately known as "the living room of St. Moritz", is the premier spot for a refined post-ski cocktail or an elegant afternoon tea while overlooking the frozen lake. 

For those looking to trade their ski boots for dancing shoes, the town boasts some of the most exclusive clubs in the Alps. The King’s Social Club (located inside Badrutt’s Palace) is the oldest nightclub in Switzerland and hosts world-famous DJs late into the night. Alternatively, the multi-story Dracula Club is a historic institution known for its high-energy, jazz-infused atmosphere, while the glamorous Renaissance Bar (or Mario's Bar) offers an intimate, cigar-friendly lounge setting for an upscale nightcap. 

MOUNTAIN RESTAURANTS

The world-famous El Paradiso on the Corviglia slopes is an absolute must-visit. Offering a mix of high-end gastronomy and comfort food, its sprawling sun deck is the place to see and be seen, though a reservation is mandatory if you want to secure a prime table.

For a unique blend of high cuisine and history, the Reto Mathis establishments at Corviglia offer specialized gourmet concepts ranging from truffle pizzas to fresh seafood, served at an altitude of over 2,400 meters.

On the Corvatsch side, the Alpetta restaurant offers a wonderfully rustic alternative. It has an excellent reputation for its hearty Engadin specialties, open-fire grilled meats, and a beautiful outdoor terrace that catches the afternoon sun.

La Coupole-Matsuhisa, situated in what was once Europe’s first indoor tennis hall at Badrutt's Palace, is a spectacular fine-dining highlight. Spearheaded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, it serves 16 Gault-Millau-rated Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine in an incredibly striking, upscale architectural space.

For a deeply traditional and cozy Engadin experience, the Engiadina restaurant offers an authentic Swiss setting right in the village center. It is highly sought after for its exceptional local meats, classic fondues, and raclette. 

If you are craving world-class Italian fare, Da Vittorio at the Carlton Hotel is an absolute masterpiece. Boasting multiple Michelin stars, it delivers highly creative, sophisticated Italian tasting menus with impeccable service in a stunningly designed dining room.

SKI SCHOOLS

The St. Moritz Swiss Snowsports School is the oldest and largest ski school in Switzerland. Carrying an immense pedigree, it boasts hundreds of highly qualified instructors fluent in English, Russian, German, and Italian, providing group and private tuition across all disciplines.

Suvretta Snow Sports School is another elite institution with deep roots in the resort. Based out of the Suvretta house area, they offer highly personalized private instruction and tailored family ski guiding across the massive 350km network.
