The main Private Chalet sleeps two to six across three bedrooms and approximately 150m² over two floors, while the adjoining 50m² Chalet Apartment provides a private space for two. Set at the entrance to Val Bever, the property enjoys a peaceful village location with direct access to cross-country ski trails in winter. The main ski area serving St. Moritz is approximately eight minutes away by car, while St. Moritz town centre is around 12 minutes away. The main chalet centres around a welcoming living area with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate lounge with mountain views. Outside, a private terrace and hot tub provide a wonderful place to unwind. The exclusive wellness area features a Finnish sauna, wellness bathtub with massage functions, waterfall shower, infrared lounger and relaxation area. The adjoining apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and outdoor seating, but does not include access to the spa or hot tub when booked independently.

This is a self-catering property designed for independent stays, with fully equipped kitchens, private laundry facilities, underground parking and dedicated ski and bicycle storage. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included, while additional services such as breakfast, bread delivery, extra cleaning and massages can be arranged at an additional cost.
