The Grand Residence 5 Courchevel is a unique complex covering a total 6,100 m² and features 13 private chalets across two plots. In total there are four Grand Five Bedroom Residences, all of which are found on the Northern plot. They are an ideal base for groups looking for complete privacy whilst still enjoying incredible hotel style facilities at their fingertips.
Overview
Our five luxury residences (four 5 bedroom – Approx. 220 sq. meters and one 4 bedroom – Approx. 180 sq. meters) are found just above the main resort, 200 metres from the idyllic ski slopes. While the residences are connected, they offer complete privacy, with access to our state-of-the-art spa, front desk, and valet parking.
Guests receive the Signature Service, which includes a daily ‘skier’s breakfast’ served in their residence by our team, access to our shared shuttle service within Courchevel, a morning and evening housekeeping service, plus a complimentary minibar with soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea. All refreshed daily.
A boutique ski store is available on-site for rentals, plus a ski storage area. This resort has a fully equipped spa shared with the other five residences. It leads to a gymnasium, hammam, sauna, an indoor heated pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. Treatments can be booked upon request. Please note that there is no room service possible in this area, but our concierge can provide a list of our gastronomy delivery partners in the area. You also have access to our exclusive bar and private dining room in Sud Resort.

The Grand Residence 5 is situated in the Belvédère neighbourhood of Courchevel Moriond 1650. The northern side of the resort, where the Grand Five Bedroom Residences are located, sits just across the road from the Belvédère piste, meaning you can be on your skis in just a couple of minutes. The Belvédère is a green run leading down into the village where you will find the ski schools and main gondola station, connecting you into the wider Courchevel area. With a drag lift directly passing the complex, you are in an ideal spot to watch any children in your group learning to ski for the first time. Geneva airport is a 2.5 hour drive away.
